This was one of my first vegan cookbooks. Not being a dedicated cook, I've not tried lots of the recipes, but we really like the Best Lentil Soup (p. 72) and the Absolutely Basic Aglio e Olio Spaghetti Sauce (p. 188). If you find others you love, let me know.
