That's too bad you lost your post. You should (usually) be able to hit the back button and edit out the potentially "banned" words or links. What I usually do to safeguard my messages is copy the entire message before posting it, just in case. That way, if it gets lost, I can just paste it back in again.

Anyway . . . thank you for your kind wishes and for writing in my name. I'm sure your post was wonderful -- hopefully all (or at least some) of it will come back to you soon and you can repost it.
