Now that the wiring has passed inspection, you could always replace the EFI outlet with a regular outlet. A fridge should never be plugged into an EFI or GFI outlet, nor into a circuit that has any other devices on it (since one of them could blow the circuit breaker). Just be sure to replace the EFI outlet if you sell the house.
