Subject: Black Bean Salad and Petey

Hi Jo - couple of things. First off, I've been making Black Bean Salad from Table for Two again now that I have fresh cilantro in my garden. YUM YUM YUM. My CoOp has some indoor grown local tomatoes too and I am using up last year's frozen sweet corn. It is to die for. I am using local grown farmers market zucchini in it too - I cut them into strips and they hold up well in crunch. YUM.

Second - Petey my new puppymill rescue Pap is here and he is also to die for. I love this little teeny weeny darling soooooooo much. He has progressed VERY well and is settling in nicely.
