The mujaddra (rice and lentils) this one is so good. I cook it and then use the stuff for taco filling or on salads. Its soooo good! Another think I do is to make balls out of the rice and lentils and lay it in a pan with tomato soup in the bottom cook for 20 mins at 350 and put sprinkled parsly over the top. Another thing I like to do is to make the copper pennies recipe and eat it with the Mujaddra. That book is amazing and a staple around here.
