Subject: Food Labels, Cocktail sauce?

My cocktail sauce has the Pareve "U" on the label, but it smells like shrimp. One of the ingredients is "natural flavors", but they wouldn't be able to call it Pareve if it were from animal ingredients, right? Maybe it is a seaweed that's making it smell shrimpy? What do you all think?
