This has been a bad spring for my cat babies. First Beautiful was hit by a car, she was with us 2 years. Now I found out my three babies that we took in last July with weepy eyes, really little then, still nursing, all are positive for FeLV, feline leukemia. Kind of like a cat AIDS. One is very sick and the other two not showing any signs of illness but it changes our lives. We have to keep them in. They want to go out so bad so we bought a Purr-fect fence 100' so we can make a nice big enclosure for them outside. Has anybody else ever had an FeLV positive cat? I have found out a lot about it, including those kinds of cats that you can adopt and give a good home until they eventually die from some bad opportunistic disease. I love these babies, they have grown into my heart and there's no other option for me but to keep them and try to keep them as healthy as possible.
