Subject: Tasty Pasta Salad

My CoOp in LaCrosse sells this pasta salad and I found the original recipe on the CoOps website in Madison that originated the salad! It is super yummy. I 1/2'd the recipe and added chopped fresh asparagus as well. YUM. Vegan Cheesy Pasta 1 lb farfalle pasta, cooked
1 bn spinach, rinsed, drained and chopped
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium red onion, diced small
1⁄2 c olive oil
4 clv garlic, minced
1⁄3 c balsamic vinegar
1 t salt, or to taste
1⁄2 c nutritional yeast Directions
Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad
