We had an unusually chilly day yesterday here in MN after a week of nice weather. As the temp dropped throughout the day one thought came to mind - POTATO CORN CHOWDER from Table 4 Two. I rushed to the CoOp and grabbed some potatoes and celery; the missing ingredients needed; eager to make one last batch before it was just too warm to appreciate the creamiest comfort soup of winter. As I stirred the pot the familiar smells filled my kitchen; the smells of a winter warmed with this very recipe. I savored a big tantalizing bowl and although it was delicious; it was bittersweet as it would be goodbye for a while. Goodbye my favorite chowder. When the snow returns and I need a warming friend, I'll see you again. LisaB
