I cook rice (any rice u like, Basmati is very good for this) and I let it cool. I then take a small carton of silk vanilla creamer and pour it over rice in a bowl with a lid or small fridge dish. I will then add a splash of rose water and some fresh berrys or other seasonal fruit. If you cant find silk creamer anyplace, just use any soy or rice milk or coconut milk, ( you may need to add some aguave or raw sugar). I dont care for the baked rice pudding that is solid and that is to be cut into squares. I like mine this way a more middle eastern style. If u dont have rose water u could just make it with rasins and cinnamon.
