Those are good suggestions. Thanx. I'm very familiar with meditation. I practice it. I've tried focusing on something and breathing slow and steadily, but it's tough being so freaked out. I wonder of the nurse would allow me a moment to compose myself before pulling out the needle. I should bring a mandala. I always meditate with a mandala. Thanx for the help.
