Hello, Ginger. I do not use margarine or eggs in any of my baked goods. Most of my baked goods do not contain tofu. A number of the recipes you listed are mine. Most book authors prefer that people purchase their books for their recipes rather than obtain them free from unauthorized sources circulating them on the Web. Those recipes are mainly from my book Table for Two. For others, please look into purchasing that book or some of my other ones. ~Jo
