Hi there, I just discovered there's a new Vegan Vittles edition! This is very exciting because VV is one of my favorite cookbooks; the tempeh bacon and southern-fried tofu are household staples. Chickpeas a la king and unstuffed shells are popular too, and the pot roast really wows people at holiday dinners. Does anyone know what the new recipes are? Is there just a comprehensive list somewhere? Any standouts? Is it worth getting the new edition?
