I have decided (since the last plane crash) to drive to AZ for my vac rather than fly. Yes I out the plane fare, but frankly, I dont care. My sister and her kids are coming with and we'll have a blast :) We'll take it slow and enjoy our great country and see the sights. I plan on packing lots of good vegan goodies to take along and look online for good CoOps/stores,
