Subject: Vegan Vittle Thanks to Jo!

Jo, I just wanted to thank you for your marinade recipes in Vegan Vittles. I had some tofu that was expiring today and forever I was putting off using it, because I never knew how to flavor tofu without soy sauce, tamari or braggs.
Since it was expiring I was desperate and I thought Jo, she has to know! I figured Vegan Vittles was the best chance so I grabbed it, looked up tofu in the back and found a super easy marinade recipe, without any soy saucey like ingredient.

It was absolutely yummy! I will be using it again!

I can't afford to waste anything. Thank you for saving my tofu, Jo!
