Hi, Sili Nyama. Your menu sounds great for the kids. Southern Fried Tofu really should be pan fried for the best flavor and texture. I think the children will like it best that way, too. You can keep it warm in the oven after frying it, depending on how long you will need it to keep warm. You could probably keep it at 300 to 320 degrees F for up to an hour. Longer than that and it would likely dry out too much.

I would suggest some colorful vegetables in addition to everything else. Maybe some radishes and carrot sticks with a dip, or stuffed celery sticks.
