Subject: Can the southern fried tofu be baked?

Hi Jo,
We are having friends over for dinner (with a 4 year old son who didn't eat much last time they came over). My daughter (she's 5) suggested we make Grandma's Noodles (the yummy noodles with the corn sauce) for dinner. We were trying to think about what else to have with them and thought maybe some tofu thing. I know the southern fried tofu is really good, but for timing purposes, do you think baking it would work--or keeping it warm somehow in the oven after frying it? Do you have other suggestions for things that would go nicely with the Grandma's noodles for dinner (we already plan on salad and vegan challah--we found a recipe that we really like). Thanks much
