Hi, Lisa!

Well, since I live in the same area, we've got the severe cold weather too, and I am making
soup galore this week! In fact, I'm trying out some new recipes from Vegan Vittles: Second

I made the Stewed Winter Vegetables. Very delicious. Warming and healthy. (I had some
lentil walnut pate on the side on some crusty bread. Nice combo.)

I made a big batch of lima beans that I plan to use for the Lima Bean Soup. I love lima beans,
so I've been wanting to try this one out for a long time. This cold weather will give me the
perfect excuse!

I also love the soup's that Jo recommended. Sadie's Vitality Broth is great too! Or Butternutty
Chowder! Or Farmhouse Stew! Or Chuckwagon Stew! Matter of fact, they're all perfect for
this weather.

Good luck staying warm!
