I can't think of anything good that comes out of Thirty Below Zero Windchill. Not one thing and it looks like we get a whole week's worth.

I guess to try and think optimistic, I'll have to think of a good soup to make. Yes I could make corn/potato chowder which is my favorite soup of ever ever....but I suppose I could be persuaded to try something new :) I have a fresh batch of veggie broth I made this weekend so I could try my hand at a good veggie soup I suppose....

Favorite warmer upper soups folks? Anyone with a favorite to share or recommend?
