But the more raw my diet is, the better I feel, so I like to keep it at least 50% raw. (But I still go to the local vegan-friendly Indian buffet for lunch several times a week, but eat raw salads and/or soups for dinner those days.) I love the idea of healthy "junk" food such as cheesey kale chips. :-)
