I'm planning a very nice valentines dinner for thirty people. All money for the dinner will go to the chingsanctuary.org anywase i have alot of artichoke hearts that were given to me by a friend. They are canned anyone know of a good dip? I was thinking they might go in a beet salad but for some reason that doesnt sound very good. I would normally roast them and put them on pizza, However pizza is already being made as a raw dish. Any idea?
