I know that makes more sense than spending alot to buy one mail order, but my cakes only come out right not even half the time. The same recipe for me can come out perfect one time, then next time its too heavy or falling apart. If I ever find a vegan cooking class I will definately sign up, actually a baking class cause that is were I have the most trouble.
