Subject: Road Trip

Two weeks from now I am headed to Memphis from MN for a road trip with
a couple of friends. I am super excited to get out town and go
somewhere (warm) I've never gone. No one else is vegan but me, but
who cares..it will be a blast. My cousin is dog sitting my crew and I
am ready to go. I saved the Veg magazine that ends with News from 2
months ago which funnily enough featured Memphis and vegan so that is
cool - but anyone with Memphis tips? How about St Louis? We're
stopping there on the way back to see the Arch, do the tram ride,
etc. Should be a blast.

Plan on packing snacky vegan food for the trip - I am hoping to find a
Whole Foods, Wild Oats or Trader Joes as we have none here...super
fun..
