I'm one of those people who has had the original Uncheese cookbook for
years and have never tried anything from it. I've also have the
Ultimate Uncheese cookbook and tried the stuffed shells. OMG! They are
good! Guess I better get my tush in gear and try more!!!

Jo, a question? For the stuffed shells can I use the extra firm tofu.
It's easier to find in my area and cheaper at one store.
