"Eat to Live" plan and lost 20 lbs. That was back in December and I've been the same since. That's about all I needed to lose as I am 115lbs now which is just right for my body. I also practice yoga and *very* occasionally go to the gym to take advantage of the treadmill. Now that the weather is changing, I'll just walk outside :-) Good luck!
