Subject: Spring weather flog........

Yesterday was very nice with temps in the 80s and today I woke up to
thunder and temps in the low 50s thats spring I guess.

B. Kale apple carrot and celery juice.

L. Peanut butter and Jam on a rice cake with fresh bananas and straw
berrrys on the side.

D. Amys no cheese pizza with sprinkled nut yeast over top (a trick I
learned from Jo) steamed brocoli on the side.

Anyone have any tips on whieght loss? I'm getting very heafty I cut
out soda and have been walking at a brisk pace for 45 mins every day.
and trying to go on like an afternoon hike on the days that I get
enough free time. Still nothing. I dont want to have a big tummy any
more I saw the story on the main page of vegsource about big bellys
and it scared me. Anywase tips I need tips!
