Jo has a white bean dressing I think its a white bean mayo its soy free I made that and added a bit of rice milk to thin it down and a little extra oil then what was in the recipe and then added dill and onion powder. This was along time ago I cant rember which book it was in. I took it to a party and everyone loved it. And one guy thought it was like the most amazeing idea ever. I told him if he thought that was amazeing he better get some of Jos books!
