Tahini on toast.

Especially good on sprouted grain bread, or on a sourdough multigrain bread.

Take two pieces of bread.

Smear some tahini on one bread slice.

Put the other on top.

Put it in the toaster oven.

Push the "toast" button.

Wait approximately 3-4 minutes until you hear the "ding."

Let it cool about a minute.

Optional: Cut along the diagonal into two triangles. (A la grilled cheese).

EAT. Also tasty alongside some fresh apple slices.

It's like grilled cheese sandwich. I had it this morning for breakfast with some scrambled
tofu on the side and some apple slices. Just one of my favorite things, and I guess I think it's
wierd because tahini is a little bitter, an acquired taste to eat just with bread. But I love it!
