Well, good to know you're up doing somethings, if not your usual amt yet (remember, walking is load-bearing so that's always a great option). As far as weight training, I like doing that at home. I love Cathe Friedrich videos the best, but most guys prefer Power 90X. Then again, it's probably wise for you to work out when someone else is present, just in case.

By the way, the PCRM wrote a whole (vegan) book on why you would feel withdrawal over stopping junk food. It's called Breaking the Food Seduction.

Another interesting one is one you may have seen on TV called "Mindless Eating." It's not a vegetarian book, just a book about how little decisions we make without thinking (like using wide drinking glasses) can contribute to us eating more, especially snacks. Very interesting! Unfortunately all the studies in it are about tasty-sounding food, so I'm sure I gained weight while reading it....that's life as a woman for you, Mike.
