I didn't mention vitamins in my response previously. I currently am taking Dr. Fuhrman's Gentle Care and Osteo-Sun. My husband uses All One Rice Base and Calcium Complex (http://www.all-one.com/en). They are powders that get blended (or very well shaken) with juice, so they are easily assimilated.
