Subject: Z Pizza update

They never responded to my email sent to the corporate HQ. I went to a
location near me and the guy behind the counter really knew his stuff.
He said the tomato sauce and crust are vegan but the soy cheese has casein.

After all that, I thought the cheeseless pizza I got was not good. They
have some neat toppings (veg burger, pine nuts, capers, etc.) But the
one I got had artichokes that definitely came out of the can and
zucchini that was not cooked put on top. I went home and put Follow
Your Heart cheese on it, but it still was dry and not as good as Bertucci's.
