I went vegan two years ago, and I’m happier and healthier than ever!
I decided to go vegan mostly for ethical reasons, and I have been
thrilled with the dramatic health benefits that I have experienced.

I didn’t know any vegans or vegetarians when I started out, so I
really appreciate having this website as a source of information and
support.

I live in a small town about an hour NW of Toronto, Ontario, Canada
with my omni wife, twin 5-year-old daughters, and Cocker Spaniel named
Buddy who will be 13 tomorrow. Happy Birthday Buddy!

My wife and daughters haven’t expressed any interest in going vegan or
vegetarian, but they have been extremely supportive of my decision.
Hopefully they will at least be more open to trying some of my vegan
meals now that I can prepare some of Jo’s delicious recipes for them.
I recently ordered Vegan Vittles and Vegan Deli, and I’m looking
forward to trying some of the recipes I have heard many of you rave
about on this discussion board.
