Greeting: Hello from a long time Vegan.

I have been a vegan for over 25 years and recently took a cooking course
from a Vegan Chef. I would like to share another class coming up with
your other members as I learned a tremendous amount. I am unable to
attend this one but intend to take the next class he teaches. Can I put
the information on this site for those who may be intrested?
