Nebraska, college in Iowa, now working in Redmond. Myself & wife have
been vegan since around 2000. Adopted a bunch of cats and 1 dog. Its a
long drive to Seattle where most of the area vegan restaurants and such
are located, still looking for more recipes of easy stuff to make
getting home late from work.
More of a lurker than poster on the discussion board, i try to catch
up with the posts on the weekends.
