Well, lets see; I'm a 42 year old married woman (to a cool vegan guy)
going on eight years now. I've been vegan since the summer of 2004.
Before that I was off and on vegetarian/omni. Always struglling. It
was this site and some of the information from PETA that made me see
how "easy" it could be to become vegan. It's definitely a journey and
one I'm very proud of.

I live in New Westminster, BC (next door to Vancouver) and love it
here. It's a quirky little neighbourhood where it is cool for us to
have three pet chickens, five cats, 10 rabbits and one pot-bellied
pig. They are all rescues. No I don't live on a farm, just a regular
city lot, but it is all legal here. I feel blessed to have this life
and this website to support it.
