been a vegetarian since I was 14; last summer, I began to research my
food choices after watching the movie SuperSize Me. I read John
Robbins's "The Food Revolution" and found this board, which has
provided more information and support than I could have hoped. So
thanks to all the VegSourcers for making me feel so welcome and for
making my vegan journey so smooth!
