Well guys I read my initial guest registry entry and I've been here
since 1999! That's 6 years on VegSource! Makes me feel all tingly lol.
Anywhoo, A lot of you know me but here it goes. I'm Erin, I am 26 and
live in Chicago (Best vegan city in the world I dare say!) I have 3
kitties, Harp, Guinness and Amber...they are my furbabies and I love
them dearly. I love to read (latest obsession is The No. 1 Ladies
Detective Agency series by Alexander McCall Smith)
I am obsessed with cookbooks...I read them like novels. When I'm
bored...I pick up a cookbook. Watching TV? You can bet I'm thumbing
through a cookbook lol. Oh, and sometimes I actually cook out of them.
Right now I work for a printing company in a Chicago suburb doing AP/AR.
Most recently I picked up a bartending job as well...which I love. I
love meeting people :-)

And now to thank the Academy....
Jo has been such an inspiration to me and my journey through veganism.
What a great lady :-) There are so many other wonderful
mods/hosts/members here at VB. Jeff and Sabrina...thank you for keeping
this place going. Your hard work and dedication is really appreciated.
Chef Deb is great...what a sweetheart. I am thrilled to be in a
community where the advice of such esteemed people such as Dr. McDougall
and Dr. Furhman is only a click away.
