I've been vegan for 8 years, and was vegetarian for 4 before that. I'm
a bit of a lurker on this site, never post much but am always looking
around. ;) It's a wonderful resource. I only have two of Jo's
cookbooks so far, Vegan Vittles and The Ultimate Uncheese, but they are
by far my favourites. I'm passionate about food and hope to some day
open my own gourmet vegan restaurant.
