Hello everyone!

I’m twenty-three, an Aerospace Engineer, and I’m from Melbourne,
Australia. I’ve been vegetarian since I was fifteen, and I began my
official transition to veganism in September 2004. At this time I’d
been doing a lot of research, and I learned that being vegan
encompasses a lot more than diet – it seemed that I was so close to
being vegan anyway because I’ve always tried to live life
compassionately – since then I’ve stopped eating eggs and dairy and
I’ve never felt happier.

I’ve been married for three years – my husband is omni so our house is
far from vegan-perfect!

Some of my interests: travel (backpacking!), snorkelling, cooking,
music and songwriting, and seeing movies.

I’m finding this site very helpful – I don’t know any vegans, nor do I
have any vegetarian friends. Thank you all for the tips and support
that I find here!
