Hi everyone!
I'm Isabel from Washington, D.C. I've been coming to the board for years
but just learned about the guest registry... what a great idea! :)
I've been vegetarian since about 1996 or 1997 and vegan since 2001. I'm
a holistic health and wellness counselor and cooking teacher. For more

My non-food interests include music (listening, writing, playing),
reading, working (it's okay to put work as an interest when you love
your job, right?), learning how to live in the moment, movies, walking
around my city, walking around other cities, and trains (subways,
Amtrak, whatever).
