Greeting: question about food allergies

Hi! I'm new to the board and have a question for you all. My husband and I are
newly aspiring vegans - I say aspiring because we still have honey in the
cabinet to use up and plan to use up our leather shoes, even though we won't
be buying anymore leather, those kinds of things; but we're trying to do our best.
We've been dairy free and vegetarian for a while and he just found out that he
has sensitivities to wheat, soy, and corn. I've suspected that I have soy
sensitivities as well. I cook and bake all the time and was wondering if there is
another flour I can substitute for wheat flour. I know we can buy rice and almond
milk but we rely so heavily on soy and wheat in other areas that I'm a little
thrown and would appreciate any advice and help. Thanks so much!
