Greeting: returning back to the good life

Hello, This board is good to read. Just got out of the hospital for
chest pain. They say my cholesterol is up and also put me on
medication for my stomach and esophagus. Am 47 an a RN with an eleven
yo son and an awesome husband, have to get healthy for myself and
them. Use to be a veggie and felt good and weighed a lot less, am
going lo fat vegan for good this time. With this board it will be a
lot easier. Thanks for listening. Deb
