My name is Jay, I'm 27 I've been Vegan 12 years and before that I was

veg for abit. I used to be heavily into the AR movement, and have done
work with dozens of Animal Rights groups; now mostly spend my time
researching veg*nism for my website (http://VegetarianReference.com) I
still believe heaviliy in a world where non-human animals have the same
rights as humans, but currently I think its more important to promote a
healthy veg*n lifestyle. It can be really hard for people to make a
healthy transition to veganism (I know I've spent years on the french
fry, rice- potato chip diet!)especially those who don't have the time,
or are not "master chefs" or are just students. I am here to network
with other vegan people as in my small remote city I have yet to ever
meet another vegan!- I look forward to sharing expeirences and
solutions of everyday obsticals being in a vegan creates in today's non
veg-friendly world (I know it's changing though!) Hope to have some
