Greeting: I'm new to this board

I live in the United States, in the Pacific Northwest. I am married
with two children. I am a piano teacher with 26 students this year. I
am vegetarian going towards veganism very fast. I collect vegan
recipes and adjust my recipes as much as possible to make them vegan.
It really can be a challenge. My husband encourages me as he wants to
be vegan too. I do this for several reasons: I hate the killing of
animals just so they can be eaten. Also for health reasons. I want to
be as healthy as possible. Those two reasons for begin vegan are my
main ones. I'm glad to be a part of this group.
