I think it's time for official introduction. So hello, my name is Jari,
I'm a male, 22 years of age, I don't smoke and I don't like to drink.
And I have been a vegetarian for almost 2 years now. The reason mostly
is because I love and respect all kinds of animals and I wouldn't like
to think they have to die because of me. It's so sad to see that all
around me most people don't consider the rights of other life forms.

I would like to be a complete vegan, I don't drink milk or eat eggs, but
sometimes I eat yoghurt, cheese or even chocolate. I don't wear any
leather items, however. I'm originally from Finland but I have been
living and working near London in UK since April 2000. And I am never
going back to Finland.

I'm not studying in any school; I'm just doing some casual jobs. I have
been working in a couple of Theme Parks since I came in Britain. Easy
job, I meet a lot of people from all over the world, and that is the
reason I like it. I don't ever want to get any so-called career in my
life.

I do like to read, however. I like to read philosophy and psychology.
I also love to learn about different religions in the world. I don't
have any specific religion, but I think my way of thinking goes quite
close to Buddhism.

I want to travel around the world. Well, to most countries in Asia at
least. I have always loved Indian religions, philosophies and culture.
I definitely want to go to India someday. The reason I love travel is
because by doing so I get to see certain things in a different
perspective. I have been in Guatemala and I can say I liked it a lot.

To me being a veggie is just one more way of showing this society that
I am not part of the mob. There are so many things in society that would
need to change. The problem is that most people are part of the mob mind
and they don't have enough awareness to see certain things. But I'm
different.

Well, I think that's mostly it. I'm happy to be a part of this growing
veggie family. Together we can change the world.
