I am also looking for a poster or dvd or anything describing the workout. My 14 year old and i would like to use this but have no idea on where to put the pieces for the proper work out. Our is a wesy 78731 so i think it is very close. If you could contact me at k8spy@comcast.net I would be most grateful and set up a way of compensation.
