I know your posting is a litlle dated, but I hope the offer for a DVD is still open.If that is the case please send me an email and I will gladly sent all the info required.I am a senior trying to get myself in better shape. I bought a used Weider Pro 4300 and would like better visuals for each procedure with this machine.
