don't pay for the owner's manual at that webpage. you can down load it for free from weider. go to weider fitness.com, click 'customer service', click 'owners manuals', type in your model number, and you will be able to download a free .pdf file. I have the c650 and just did that. However, I haven't found an exercise guide online for free. only one I found is again at the weiderfitness.com website under 'replacement parts' for $0.93.
