I have been using a recumbent exercise bike for the last 2 months and feeling much better - legs are firming up nicely. Now I need something for core/upper body. Any recommendations? I am age 49, height 5 feet 7 inches, weight 144, prefer to be around 135 pounds but the weight is not an issue as it is not that much and has been dropping steady with Eat to Live. Thanks much! |
