There is a place you can get some great info on that subject. It is an ebook available by Will Brink. It may also be available at Body building Revealed. They also have a web forum that will connect you with body builders around the world. There is loads of great info on this forum which you are given a year sub to for buying the ebook. I have learned loads of info here.
